We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to head our growing D2C fashion brand. The ideal candidate will drive the brand's strategic and operational goals, taking full ownership of its performance and growth. This role will be pivotal in scaling the business to Rs. 500 Cr over the next 5 years, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives and building a strong brand presence in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement mid to long-term strategies to grow the brand, scaling it to Rs. 500 Cr in 5 years.
- Business Planning & P&L Ownership: Lead the creation and execution of the annual business plan, taking full responsibility for the brand's P&L.
- Market Expansion: Drive the exploration and development of new markets, both in India and internationally, to support business growth.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations across Marketing, Product, Digital Marketing, Channels, Finance, Sourcing, and other functions to ensure cohesive and effective execution.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure business goals are aligned and achieved.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a healthy, transparent, and ambitious culture within the brand.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience:
- 7-12 years of relevant experience, with 3-4 years in D2C ecom growth, having managed P&L responsibilities.
Education: Engineering or MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute.
Industry Exposure: Experience in lifestyle consumer goods, particularly Fashion
E-commerce Experience: Prior exposure to e-commerce operations and strategy is must
Scaling & Cost Optimization: Demonstrated success in scaling businesses while optimizing operational costs.
