The Role -
- Identifying new commercial relationships and building a pipeline of business
- Upselling and cross selling, whilst defining the sales process and cycle
- ABC - Always Be Closing
- As Head of Sales/Head of Business Development you will also be responsible for leading a sales team!
- Build a network of distributors and work with in-house designers to close orders sales orders
- Responsible to connect with outbound prospects using phone and email
- Research accounts, identify key players in the market and generate interest
- Create revenue forecasts, in conjunction with the management
