Role: EIR- Offline/ Brand Marketing
Job Purpose:
- To build a leading brand in eCommerce space.
- Develop and executed an overall consumer marketing and brand strategy, including digital marketing, that generates highest bang-for-buck in terms of driving high-quality consumer traffic for website/apps/ etc.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop and implement Marketing Strategies, in order to achieve the revenue and profitability targets for the brands.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive initiatives related to Customer Acquisition such as advertising, consumer promotions, media management, digital & referral marketing.
- Customer Retention: Drive initiatives related to Customer Retention such as development and efficient execution of new/existing CRM & Loyalty programs, insights, customer-segment-specific programs etc.
- Brand Management: Includes brand communication, media relations, public relations. Ensuring consistent and relevant presence of the brands.
- New Ideas: Actively scout for new ideas and drive inorganic alliances in order to strengthen the bouquet of offerings to the consumer.
- Team Building: Responsible for the team, she / he is expected to build capability (training, developing and retaining) for the marketing function
- Agency Management: Liaise, guide, monitor and consistently evaluate the PR and Social Media agencies in order to ensure they achieve key deliverable.
- Budgeting: Plan and monitor brand wise budgets for every season and ensure that expenses are in accordance to the overall objectives.
- Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen critical relationships with media (fashion + retail beat), external partners, brand principals, franchisees (marketing centric) and consumers
Skills
- 7-10 years of marketing experience
- Preferable companies will be candidates from ecommerce/ FMCG with an inclination to digital marketing
- Preferred Institutes: IIMs or other top B Schools
eCommerce experience is mandatory for this role
