Description
As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), you will be working with the leadership team to build new business verticals, undertake 0 to 1 journeys and execute as a 'one man/woman army'. The EIR will work on key strategic future projects and eventually pave the way for building scalable products using existing resources.
If you are passionate about the gaming ecosystem, enjoy taking new ideas and bringing them to life, have first-hand experience building businesses from scratch or have previous entrepreneurial experience, this role should interest you.
Responsibilities : - Working on new products from conceptualization to launch with complete ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ideate vision statements, define a proof of concept, test hypothesis, define a go-to market strategy and independently execute on the strategy by collaborating with all business functions - Product, Engineering, Growth Marketing, Analytics and Customer Support to solve for the best customer experience across all touch points
- Engage existing and potential customers directly, and decide the future of the product based upon a strong understanding of what customers value
- Define success KPIs and build high efficient teams to drive user metrics to meet these KPIs
- Implementing strategies to scale the product by optimizing for speed over accuracy over budget
- Meet regularly with key customer facing teams to collect and analyse user feedback to shape new ideas and requirements
- Implements usage tracking and analyze patterns to validate new feature requirement
- Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to functionalities
- Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners
- Coordinate with the leadership team to plan and deliver features on time
- Stay on top of the market and competition
Requirements : - Education - no restrictive qualifications
- First principle-driven and iteration-oriented person, willing to undertake the 0 to 1 journey of a problem.
- Go-getter attitude, high bias for action and good top-down thinking
- Brand focus, forward thinking and customer obsession with strong analytical and business understanding
- Adequate knowledge of online gaming and B2C products
- Experience as a Founder / Co-Founder background is a position from successful entrepreneurs in venture capital firms, private equity firms, startup accelerators
