An Entrepreneur in Residence with Food & Events will lead efforts to develop a new line of business: Institutional food service solutions for corporations, industry bodies and other institutions i.e. hospitals, universities, etc. Working directly with the founder, a suitable candidate will be extensively trained for first 6 months and later assume complete responsibility for managing the P&L for his/her service line.

- Capital Curry Restaurant: A 2,500 sq. ft. fine dine restaurant in Jasola Vihar serving authentic north Indian cuisine
- Goodfillas Foodcurt: A European style 6,000 sq. ft. casual dining restaurant in Noida, Uttar Pradesh serving local and international favorites

What will I be doing?
Operating independently, Entrepreneur in Residence, will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Create and develop relationships with prospective clients to optimize sales conversion
- Identify current food service challenges faced by the prospective client and create effective solutions to pitch for the services
- Review and analyze the potential service costs and target margins to maintain and optimize profitability
- Provide guidance for local marketing initiatives
- Develops KPIs including short, medium and long-term strategies for food service business
- Evaluate market demand by utilizing available reports --- both internal and external, including market share, market conditions, competitive pricing
- Generate periodic updates on transient booking patterns
- Recruiting, manage, train and develop the Institutional foodservice team
