About the Role:

We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset. The individual should have an ability to think sharply and also execute at a fast pace. In nutshell, the EIR is expected to get hands on critical business bottlenecks to enable swift scale up.

Role and Responsibilities :

- In this role, you would be responsible for end to end project management, business analysis & executive administrative assistance to the COO and would be involved in crucial, strategic data gathering, preparing important reports and gleaning insights from the data.

- Ability to work with the technology / product team to provide inputs on the product strategy and ensure it is aligned with the product vision.

In order to succeed in this role, you must be able to multitask in a high-stakes dynamic environment that demands excellent in-depth problem solving, business acumen as well as fantastic organizational and communication skills.

- This role will immerse you in the start-up culture and provide you with valuable insights into deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

- Work with the product and growth teams to drive the metrics on product adoption, engagement and growth.

- You must be solution-oriented and thrive in a fast paced, demanding and ambitious environment. This work demands a self-starter who is motivated to deliver an exceptional experience.

- Dig into detailed business metrics, identify root causes/ insights, and pick up hands-on execution to drive projects to closure within expected timelines.

- Solve problems independently, proactively and with a practical approach.

Have the ability to think strategically and creatively analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions.
