Entrepreneur in residence-E Commerce
Job Responsibilities :
- Owns the website P&L for multiple brands across various categories
- Lead a stellar team who are all self-starters
- Lead the team in annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of the budget, and reporting on marketing and operations initiatives' performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth
- Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience and for driving growth - traffic, conversion, revenue, and profit
- Should be able to manage end to end e-commerce business. Also, be able to create discovery of products on various online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
- Should be able to manage/amend/update the complete digital infrastructure of the company by spearheading the entire Digital Marketing activities
- Develop data-driven strategies and tactics to drive positive ROI across the e-commerce platform
- Setup and deploy lifecycle management campaigns that maintain journeys, triggers, and automation
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies - product, service, advertising and operations
- You must be experienced in building a Community of happy customers with an objective to established a trustworthy relationship with our customers
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- You will be closely working with our Growth & marketing team
- Drive the Digital and performance marketing activities of all products across all online media. Experience in managing and optimizing SEM and Facebook campaigns across online channels to accomplish business goals
- A data-driven marketer who is passionate about delivering business performance through online marketing
- Responsible for Optimizing web traffic and performance metrics like CTR, engagement, lead generation, conversion, site ranking, and open rates/opt-outs
- Drive traffic to the website of potential customers looking for services, with the metric being number of requests submitted and not visits
- Strategizing, Planning & Executing activities for all SEO / SEM / SMO / SMM / ORM / Apps marketing. Email marketing strategies, SMS/WhatsApp marketing to drive higher returns
- Developing highly effective & creative demand generation initiatives
- Constantly innovate on channels and advertising to build a competitive differentiation
- Experience in driving innovative customer acquisition through digital marketing in/for a product start-up is preferred
Who are you?
- 5-10 years of experience in driving e-commerce business
- Experience in driving innovative customer acquisition through digital marketing in/for a product start-up is preferred
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong communication (Verbal and Written)
- Self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Team Player, flexible and open to changing priorities
