Entrepreneur In Residence - D2C

We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence for a D2C Wellness Brand. This one of it's kind wellness brand is preseed funded with 1M USD and is looking to build its core team.

Job Profile:

- Responsible to lead the online and offline operations for the brand.

- Managing, operation, service, and profitability EBITDA online and store wise of all stores

- Establishing or setting up new stores. Store operations management.

- Forecasting and planning monthly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame

- Coordinating with branding team for store related branding / marketing activities

- Undertaking market analysis and assessing competitors' actions

- Identifying new market for the product, meet and deal with site owners and get products in new sites

- Partnering with the digital marketing team to strategize marketing campaigns

Requirements:

- 5+ Years of experience in retail/eCommerce operations

- Must have experience in new store opening and expansion.

- Must be enterprising with the ability to scale from ground up.

- We are open to explore ex-entrepreneurs with retail scaling experience.

- Understanding of online - digital marketing

- Understanding and ability to process online ordering and delivery.
