- People with 4-5 years exp in corporate - 1-2 years experience as Entrepreneur or with startup will be preferred professional from Pre B school

- Passionate about helping people to unfold their potential - to be part of team ( group of senior CEO/CXO professionals with pedigree) that is working towards building offerings for professional excellence for high potential individuals

- This offering is for middle and senior management professionals with an objective to help them - arrive at career plan/ strategy - grow in career , last long at the top and lead happy successful personal and professional life.

- We are looking at some one who is Entrepreneurial, organized, great with everything - great with follow-up and has the highest work ethics and integrity.

- Work from home but in person meetings once a week or in ten days.

- Appropriate Compensation can be looked at with mix of fixed and attractive variable

- Very good possibility of converting into competitive market compensation
