Entigrity - Senior Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and providing insights to improve business operations.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.

You will also be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Senior Analyst duties and responsibilities:

- Conduct complex data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making

- Develop and maintain analytical models and tools to support business needs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts

- Lead projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and maintain data security and privacy.

Senior Analyst requirements and qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

- Experience in data modeling and database design.

- Experience in data visualization and reporting.

- Experience in project management and leading teams.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
