Accountabilities
- Demonstrate end to end understanding and expertise of clinical business processed (Clinical Trial management, clinical data management, analytics, safety) & products around these processes (Oracle LSH, EDC Inform, Seibel, Argus, CDA, Fusion etc.) including hosting and integration around these.
- Should be able to understand and articulate the customer business architecture, define the road map and convert the business architecture into a technical solution around these clinical processes.
- Conception of Solutions/IPs
- Participation in RFPs and business development activities with ownership of solution.
- Support Sales and Offshore team for Demos & POC development.
Key Collaboration Network
Key share Accountabilities: Jointly work with sales to win new business.
- Work with offshore team to build capability, demos, POC.
- Work with BSG on different opportunities
- Transition Solution to delivery.
- Mission Critical Collaborators: Sales Delivery, Infra, EAS, BSERV
Parameter of Success
- Financial Metrics: Total booked value of contracts
- Non Financial Metrics: Number of reusable IPs/Framework
- Feedback from sales, delivery & client.
- Organizational Metrics: % Utilization.
- Decision Rights
