Enterprise Solution Architect - Supply Chain Solutions

- We are looking for Enterprise Solution Architect who can provide SCM related solutions to our enterprise clients . The candidate should be able to contribute to build relationships will increase efficiency of client operations and generate business' revenue.

- The role focusses on consultative approach towards solving the problems of the client with respect to operations, logistics,inventory ,turnaround time and use of technology and systems & processes.

- Ultimately, you will lead and work directly with clients to help solve their problems and onboard them as new clients. You will also work closely with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

- Data and process driven approach

- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software

- Promote the value of the product

- Upsell services and products with the brand image

- Interact with internal stakeholders for maximizing customer experience

- Work closely with the Management initiating and implementing policies and procedures to devise solutions specific to the customers and facilitate delivery .
