Job Description
The Security Sales Engineer is a pre & post sales role serving as technical consultants and trusted advisors to clients, sales teams, and Business Partners. You are expected to work closely with their sales counterparts to identify, progress, and close software opportunities, and help ensure client success after the sale. They understand the client's business requirements, technical requirements and competitive landscape.
Required
- At least 3 years experience in selling or using enterprise security solutions
- Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
- English: Fluent
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales support which may include: collaborating with the sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions
- Deliver Proof of Concept (PoC)
- Support critical situations
- Proposal writing
- Remove inhibitors to the sale through discovery, assessments, whiteboard/chalk talks, presentations, and demonstrations
- Onboarding of new tech sales team member
- Take part in Pre-sales tech sales meetings
- Responsible for Post sales tech support
