Description :

- Coach, mentor, and motivate your team of Account Executives

- Consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team and tracking the results



- Conducting weekly forecasting meetings and coaching on strategies to create pipeline and drive closures



- Own and achieve sales targets for new business sales in the given market segment


Profile :

- 8+ years of overall experience selling SaaS solutions with 2+ years in a team management role

- Excellent communication skills, strong presentation and demonstration skills



- Open to the US shift
