Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the enterprise segment.
- Identify key accounts and build strong relationships with decision-makers.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Enterprise Account Management:
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing enterprise clients.
- Understand client needs and align solutions to address their business challenges.
Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics within the SaaS landscape.
- Conduct competitive analysis to position our solutions effectively in the market.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Deliver compelling and tailored presentations to potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
Forecasting and Reporting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and generate leads.
- Work closely with product development to provide customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful enterprise-level SaaS sales, meeting or exceeding quotas.
- In-depth understanding of SaaS solutions and the ability to articulate their value to enterprise clients.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
