Screening Criteria:-
- ARR of at least 1CR +
Who would be the decision maker? - CXO Level, Director, VP level, Senior Leadership
Comfortable with travel? - depends on the portfolio, regional-based travel. 3-4 days in 15 days
- Can look at customer success profiles, responsible for retention of accounts, NPS, CSAT, and Creating value.
- Including Sales experience, Hunting (Example - Locus)
- Identifying and Creating opportunities for cross-sell + Upsell can have access to the support team for sales.
- Check on Revenue Targets, If only the NPS target is there, won't work.
JOB ROLE:
- We are looking for a passionate Enterprise Sales specialist who would play a pivotal role in our journey.
- We are looking for a person who has experience in handling end-to-end medium to large ticket size sales.
- This is a remote position and holds ownership over end to end Hunting+Account Management
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and categorising (Suspecting, Hunting, Qualifying) different companies/sectors according to their supply chain operations.
- Identify the correct decision-makers/buyers in the companies and set up discovery calls/meetings understand their supply chain and how our products can help them (Pain Points <> Solution Educating/Consulting)
- Do the end-to-end solution design for the clients based on your discussions.
- Coordinate with the operations team to arrange pilots/demos for the clients.
- Negotiate with the required stakeholders and close the deal.
- Maintaining the relationship with the client, serve as the prime point of connect for resolutions and drive growth opportunities (Upsells/Cross Sells/Expansion to other BUs)
- Deliver growth targets across geographies, customer segments, and products.
Requirements:
- A structured sales process for winning complex enterprise deals
- Excellent communication skills, an attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high-growth start-up environment
- Excellent Relationship Management skills.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales, experience in Logistics is good to have
