Enterprise Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas by acquiring and expanding strategic target accounts in the US market
- Generate 3x-4x pipeline through a combination of inbound lead management and outbound prospecting campaigns
- Conduct high-value discovery and demo calls, multi-threading into enterprise organizations to help our largest customers realize value
- Articulate ROI-based value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients, with a deep understanding of the customer support and success landscape
- Educate customers on best practices in AI-driven customer support and success solutions as they transform their businesses
- Lead customers through the entire sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams including solutions consultants, executives, customer success, and legal/finance
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of attaining quarterly quotas
- Successful experience selling enterprise-level SaaS deals to C-suite executives in multi-stakeholder transactions spanning technical and business buyers
- Demonstrated ability to sell into the US market from India
- Strong consultative and value selling skills, with the ability to provide insights on digital transformation and articulate long-term approaches to modernize customer support and success operations
- Domain knowledge in B2B SaaS, preferably with experience in customer support, customer success, or related technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior executives
- Adaptable to change and enthusiastic about building within a dynamic, high-growth company
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and generate pipeline
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience selling AI/ML, automation, or analytics solutions
- Familiarity with customer support and success platforms
