Our client is the leading company in Online Assessments. The company is 5 years old, founded by IIT - IIM Alumni and has quickly become the market leader in Online Assessment. The organization boasts of a fantastic client list and has won numerous awards during its short dominance of the online assessment space.
As an enterprise sales manager you will be responsible for acquiring clients by showing them the value of using the company's assessment tools for talent management, talent acquisition and talent development. The role includes:
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their positioning
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
- Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
- Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information
- Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
- Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.
- Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
- Travel required
Candidate Profile:
1. Prior corporate sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
2. Strong understanding of technology solutions to solve real world problems
3. Ability to independently acquire and grow accounts
4. Highly presentable and polished communicator
