Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in business development, account management, or consulting, preferably in Life Sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement a robust sales strategy to drive aftermarket revenue growth within the enterprise sector.
- Sales Process Support: Assist sales team members throughout the entire enterprise sales cycle, including new account development, preparing presentations, pricing, responding to RFPs, and more.
- Client Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target enterprise accounts, focusing on service priorities to enhance productivity and efficiency. Identify client needs and challenges to effectively position aftermarket solutions.
- Solution Selling: Gain a deep understanding of the company's aftermarket products and services and communicate their value proposition to clients. Tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure using CRM tools and processes. Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and customer support, to align sales efforts with broader business objectives. Provide client feedback to guide product development and marketing strategies.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to aftermarket products and services. Leverage this knowledge to uncover growth opportunities and drive innovation.
- Training and Support: Offer training and support to sales teams and channel partners, enabling them to effectively promote aftermarket solutions and maximize sales potential.
- Customer Success: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
