Years of Experience Required: 15-20 years Notice Period:- 60 Days, Rounds: 1 ( F2F with CEO).
Responsibilities.
- Sales Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan and opportunity pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- Opportunity Qualification: Quickly qualify opportunities and identify key strategic positions for each new prospect.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational, and IT levels within client organizations.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Jobscope's Products & Services and the market landscape.
- Customer Satisfaction: Set proper expectations during sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction and develop customers who can serve as positive references for future prospects.
- Team Collaboration: Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities from team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Market Connections: Leverage existing OEM connections, especially with HP/HPE, to drive sales and build strategic partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Handle and mentor a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Skills Must-Have Skills Enterprise sales IT Hardware and Networking Original Equipment Manufacturer connections (esp-HP/HPE) Team handling.
- Good-to-Have Skills Develop strong knowledge of Jobscope's Products & Services and the marketplace.
