As the Enterprise Sales Manager (Team Lead), candidate will be responsible and involve in overseeing and managing the sales activities within region and focus on finalisation or closing deals, which is crucial aspect of sales. The primary focus of this role is to lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and successfully close business deals.
1. Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Sales team, ensuring alignment with the overall sales goals and company objectives.
2. Revenue Generation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Foster a results-driven culture within the team.
3. Closure Management: Oversee the closure of sales deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from initial contact to contract finalization. Work closely with the sales team to resolve any issues hindering deal closure.
4. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the team's capabilities and drive individual and collective success.
5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analytics to assess performance against targets. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
