Job Description :
- Lead Large Enterprise business, Preparing sales and distribution strategy and execution plans
- Recruit and build a strong capable sales team
- Identify and appoint high potential and highly committed Large Enterprise focused SI / VAR partners
- Plan Sales Targets as per the objectives set by the organization and devise market-level plans to achieve the set sales targets
- Drive sales strategy execution by the sales teams to achieve targeted Sell In / Sell Out / Sell through
- Build large enterprise account acquisition, retention and growth strategy and drive execution
- Build solutions by connecting with other IT ecosystem players when needed to serve the end customers integrated needs
- Build direct connect with large end customers and drive sales closures by tracking different stages of lead and associated actions
- Strong Account Mapping Processes
