Job Definition
- Responsible to generate Mobility and IoT business in the market by Sell to (Direct Enterprise) or via SPP & Sell through the partners (by appointing partners - SI, ISVs, Channel etc)
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Sales and Revenue targets from Move GlobalConnect segment which is responsible for Mobility and Internet of Things business line. Acquire New Logos
- Enterprise account management, manage and grow existing business, develop new business, add new revenue streams and acquire new logos.
- Engage with key customers to understand their requirements and own the fulfillment throughout the sale cycle.
- Drive sales of Mobility and IoT Services in new and existing accounts
- Build account ownership wrt understanding of customer's strategic objectives, business requirements, operational challenges, buying decisions, contractual process, internal dynamics and most importantly manage key stakeholder expectations
- Internally drive cross-functional teams such as Technical Solutions, Bids and Commercial, Finance, Products, Service Delivery and Operations
- Establish & manage Partners network viz.Micro-electronics, System Integrators, Cloud Service Provider, UC Provider for Mobility and IoT GTM and Sales
- Build the Sales Plan and Account Strategies to grow existing business, develop new revenue streams and acquire new logos
- Build key stakeholder relationships, multi-function and multi-level connects with decision makers, influencers and exec sponsors within the accounts/partner organization
- Build Sales Pipeline and manage MIS - viz. Sales projections and revenue forecasts
- Track ICT environment in the market, regulatory changes, market dynamics, industry trends, competitive activities and build market intelligence
