As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be leading the company's corporate outreach initiative in the respective territory / city.
You are expected to be a strategic communicator with a good understanding of appropriate customization for different groups. You will need to become intimately familiar with the community and use your creativity and judgment to engage appropriately.
What you will do:
- Identifying, growing and managing relationships with leading corporates as Strategic Partners with the primary objective of getting firm commitments from companies to hire graduates
- Becoming a trusted partner for the corporates upskilling and re-skilling needs, in terms of talent supply or any potential training offering
- Nurturing corporate relationships and leveraging them for building alliances/tie-ups
- Conceptualizing and leading initiatives with Partners to create programs such as train and hire, scholarships, hackathons that open new distribution channels for the company
- Creating job opportunities by working closely with Partners, understanding their requirements and mapping students and graduates to these requirements
- Responsible in making proposal and negotiation with key decision makers
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to create successful outcomes for partners and students
What you need to have:
- MBA Candidates with 2+ years of experience in B2B Solution sales/ account management role
- Existing strong relationships with leaders within functions of human resource, recruitment, learning and development and training in large corporates & enterprises
- Gathers in-depth knowledge of clients business, organizational structure, and business processes to drive meaningful outcomes for partners
- Demonstrates strong business development, negotiation, and executive level communication skills
- Should be pro-active, go-getter, self-driven and enthusiastic
- Should be passionate about ed-tech / education sector
