We have an urgent requirement for one of our fintech client based out of Mumbai, Bangalore & Noida.

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Growth:


- Identification of key stakeholders on the merchant's side for the identified set of brands.


- Develop an understanding of the prospective business environment and prepare merchant specific contextual/relevant pitches.


- This would need one to be good with data/understanding in the Indian context and basis this one should be able to outline the value which can add to this business.

Stakeholder Management:


- Pitch the solution along with the overall business proposition to the key stakeholders.


- This would need one to be comfortable with having multiple discussions with CXO's/Senior Management on the merchant's side.

Map Competition:


- Develop a holistic understanding of the overall digital payments landscape in the country/developments/opportunities and help adapt go to market plans in the organized retail space accordingly.


- To be able to take timely action, it is imperative that we monitor the market and be informed of competition's initiatives. Requirements:

- MBA from Tier 1 campus with good academic record

- Proven working experience of minimum 3-6 years especially from enterprise business

- Experience in handling/ generating revenue for the organisation

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Prior experience in payment space would be preferred

- Problem solving abilities with strong bias for impact

- Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customers

- Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative established targets and metrics.
