Responsibilities & Duties:
Sales Planning
I. Researching and identifying Enterprise sales opportunity, target identification and classification
II. Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts in SME and large enterprise verticals
III. Creating detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and targets Sales Execution
IV. Reaching out to new Enterprise customers and making one-on-one and group sales presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of Digital Transformation in identified areas.
V. Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the solution/product/ services as per their needs
VI. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle. Managing the entire Enterprise sales cycle from finding a client to securing a profitable deal
VII. Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing Enterprise clients. Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients to increase customer satisfaction and avoid refunds.
VIII. Should be great prospecting through social eyesight
IX. Well-developed Interpersonal (PR) & negotiation skills Sales Excellence
X. Responsible for generating pipelines with Growing and well-established companies
XI. Being productive in sales efforts through the desired number of meetings, adequate pipeline generation (5X) across 2 or more quarters, balanced pipeline conversion, updating product knowledge, etc.
XII. Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence. Accurately maintaining record of all sales interactions in CRM
XIII. Adhering to operational requirements like accuracy in filling Sales Closure Form (SCF), gathering complete Know Your Customer (KYC) information, etc.
XIV. Accurate forecasting and orchestrating sales activity to ensure deal closures matching the sales targets.

XV. Be a team player and facilitate collaboration in the workplace by working with all stakeholders beyond workgroup.
