Enterprise Sales Manager (BFSI, FMCG, Automotive)

Our Client after closing series B funding and on the verge of expanding the sales team across India. They started in 2016 with the mission of organizing & fulfilling enterprise work digitally with human aspirations & humanized efforts. They create a bridge between companies & gig-workers by not only providing manpower to these enterprises but also taking the complete onus of finding the gig-workers, mapping them to the work, training them, managing them and getting quality outcomes for the enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Logo acquisition and bringing new business.
- Work closely with Inside Sales and Delivery team to Develop and/or expand relationships with new customers.
- Drive sales by developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
- Solicit and maintain a healthy customer pipeline of Enterprises and Growth Stage Companies
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
- Help the company effectively communicate the value proposition through accurate diagnostics, presentations and proposals.
- Conducting presentations, meetings and Demos with growth stage companies as well as traditional enterprises
- Managing forecasts accurately and delivering against substantial revenue targets and achieving the assigned sales volume.
- In a nutshell, the individual will directly work with the founders and take up complete responsibility of driving the sales for Awign, at grass root level.
Who will be right fit:
- Experience of executing B2B Enterprise sales - 5-12 years' experience in enterprise services or consulting sales role and a good understanding of solutions selling methodology and tools.
- Strong network and connects in BFSI/FMCG/Automotive industries within stakeholders like C-Level, Head of Operations, Head of business, Head of Contact Center, etc.
- Consistent track record of beating targets. Must be aggressive towards driving increased revenue and sales, month on month.
- Proven experience and track record of enterprise solution sales in driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business.
- Solution first selling approach
- Experience of working in startup is preferred with in-depth experience of SAAS/Market research/Complex ERP selling
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services with High energy with the desire and ability to grow and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Highly disciplined in approach and familiar with sales management tools and CRM
