Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to lead the Business team by tapping into enterprise accounts and selling logistics solution for their intra city delivery requirements. You will strategically approach enterprise accounts, identify the best technology options and sell logistics solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities
- Consistently close new business at or above quota level
- Develop and execute sales strategic plans for the region and create reliable quarter and annual sales forecasts for business with assigned clients
- Work extensively with cross functional teams including Product, Legal, Finance etc to ensure the success of clients, to ensure that clients become net promoters
- Drive excellence in execution and maintain a high performing team by investing time in coaching and mentoring team members
- Be proactive in solving problems even if outside your scope of work, and be comfortable in taking on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
- Be a great culture fit - be a sparring partner and the voice of your Clients in the organisation
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of applicable sales experience
- Experience with SaaS platform sales, selling IT solutions preferred
- Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
- Demonstrated ability to source, manage and close high-level business requirements in high pressure situations
- Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
- Relevant prior cross functional work experience preferred
