Currently working on Enterprise sales Head with one of the leading technology company.
Location : Mumbai, Bangalore & Hyderabad.
Role purpose:
- To achieve this through customer friendly processes & complying financial budgets, regulatory and business policy guidelines.
- Responsible for delivering the overall business,Managing the Top line, Bottom line & Sub base growth for the Client
- Develop & implement sales & marketing strategies - Coverage, Infrastructure, Account penetration & Product Mix, with existing & new accounts (handhold & closely monitor new / challenging businesses
- Driving ‘Customer First’ agenda & culture in all business decisions, internally & externally
- Ensuring Cross functional interfacing within
Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
- Strong B2B Account Management, Sales and Marketing.
- Strong influencing, people management and emotional intelligence skills.
- Ability to connect at senior levels within the accounts and deal making capability.
- Strong relation building skills & Ability to build sound social networks
- Right balance of Strategic & Operational mind set - Sales, Marketing/ Finance knowledge necessary. Technology acumen & know how preferred.
- Know how to lead & coordinate cross functional diverse teams.
