Our client is a leading provider of conversational intelligence solutions, catering to industries such as Banking & Finance, Automotive, and Consumer Electronics. With strong backing from top investors and strategic industry guidance, they are rapidly expanding both in India and globally.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive the adoption of our client's SaaS-based solutions within the target industry. The ideal candidate will have a history of successfully closing deals and achieving revenue goals. A background in enterprise software sales, particularly in B2B SaaS or cloud-based products, is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new enterprise accounts.

- Drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management.

- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies for success.

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.

- Strengthen C-level relationships to establish industry credibility and advocacy.

- Identify key customer use cases and expand solution adoption within existing accounts.

- Represent the company at industry events to enhance market presence.

- Form partnerships with channel partners to enhance sales reach and efficiency.

- Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs to refine the sales approach.

- Drive customer retention, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives within existing accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

- At least 10 years of experience in SaaS sales within the enterprise segment.

- Prior exposure to Telephony or Conversational AI solutions is a plus.

- Strong understanding of BFSI sector priorities and buying processes.

- Experience selling AI/ML-based solutions or usage-based SaaS products.

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to penetrate new markets while expanding existing business relationships.

- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Freshworks.
