We empower brands with strategic, tech-enabled solutions to optimize digital commerce performance. As we grow, we are looking for an Enterprise Sales GTM Leader/Advisor to guide our go-to-market motion and fuel our revenue engine.


Role Overview:


This is a paid advisory role for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise SaaS and eCommerce sales. You will work closely with the founding team to define, refine, and execute our GTM strategies, helping us unlock new market opportunities and scale impactfully.


Key Responsibilities (KRA's):


- Develop and refine our enterprise GTM strategy with a focus on revenue acceleration


- Identify, qualify, and validate target customer segments in the eCommerce consulting space


- Advise on building high-converting sales funnels and outreach playbooks


- Collaborate with marketing to align GTM messaging with ICPs and buyer personas


- Provide insights into pricing strategy, competitive positioning, and value proposition


- Enable early-stage sales processes, including discovery, proposal, and closing frameworks


- Mentor junior sales talent and support hiring strategy for sales org


- Monitor sales metrics and advise on tools, dashboards, and CRM optimization


- Stay updated on eCommerce and SaaS market trends to guide pivots and innovation


Skillsets Required:


- 3-6 years of experience in enterprise sales, GTM strategy, or sales leadership in SaaS or eCommerce


- Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, including platforms like Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud


- Deep knowledge of SaaS sales cycles, customer acquisition strategies, and revenue operations


- Proven ability to work in early-stage/startup environments and thrive in ambiguity


- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills


- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics for decision-making


- Comfortable working in a remote, flexible, and collaborative environment
