Skills Required for both role :
- Develops long term sales pipeline to increase the company's market share in specialized areas of Enterprise Applications including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, ServiceNow, SFDC, Cloud sales etc.
Account Business Manager:
Education & Skills :
- University degree in either Business Management and or Information Technology
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT outsourcing business in Account, delivery or Business Operations management
- Understanding and interpreting IT contract language
- Commercial management & negotiation skills
- 3rd party contract management and procurement
- Strong financial acumen (incl. billing, invoicing and P&L)
- Leadership, diversity consciences and team management
- Excellent communication skills, managing across different levels of the organisation, up, lateral and down including Executive level
- Enterprise Sales Specialists are product, services, software or solution specialists that are responsible for leading pursuit in Enterprise Application Areas. Drives proactive campaigns around Enterprise application space to build the pipeline, uses specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities. May have named accounts allocated, cover a designated geography, or may be allocated to one high-potential, competitive attack account.
Education and Experience Required:
- University or Bachelor's degree; Advanced University or MBA preferred.
- Directly related previous work experience in areas of Enterprise Applications including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, ServiceNow, SFDC etc.
- Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quota diversity of business customer, and higher level customer interface.
- Prior selling experience includes multiple, diverse set of selling responsibilities.
- Viewed as expert in given field by company and customer.
- Considered a mentor of selling strategy, including designing strategy.
- Typically 12+ years of related sales experience.
