Our client is an India MNC focus on financial CRM products is looking for people in any of three different market exposure-Indian/SEA or the Middle East.
This is a hunting role and requires experience in CRM product Sales preferably in Banking Segment

Job Description :
The Enterprise Business Development Manager's primary role is to generate new client revenue by selling "The Company CRM Product- . In this role, you will capitalize on interest in and excitement around the "The Company" platform and the innovative, value-driven solutions it provides. The successful candidate is responsible for identifying and selling to new clients Indian/SEA or the Middle East.
Duties :
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue objectives.
- Create and maintain Account and Territory level plans.
- Work with Account Development Representatives and Marketing team to define unified. sales and marketing campaigns.
- Solidify contract renewals and extend the terms and scope of existing contracts.
- Understand and clearly articulate CRM Product value proposition.
- Capability to demonstrate 1st level demo of the product
- Establish and maintain existing account relationships by visiting customers regularly and addressing proactively all concern areas.
- Work with Technical Specialists to ensure product demonstrations and POC's are well matched to Enterprise clients- needs and interests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM.
- Accurately forecast revenue.
- Coordinate management staff to visit customers regularly.
- Capability to manage roadshows etc.
- Maintain internal communications between technical team and sales when necessary.
- Coordinate and assist with the company's business partner events.
- Build and maintain strong connections with Banking Sector in Indian/SEA or the Middle East.
Qualifications :
- Engineering Graduate 5-10 years relevant software sales experience, preferably in a Direct sales environment in Larger Enterprises.
- Experience selling to C-level executives in Enterprise-level organizations.
- Experience selling CRM product to Banking Segment
- Ability to articulate solutions and their value to IT and business executives.
- Strong regional market knowledge of Indian/SEA or the Middle East a plus.
- Must have excellent organizational, time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate with cross-functional audiences with the command of "The Company" technology.
- Documented experience closing six and seven-figure deals as well as documented ability to consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics.
- Extensive Travelling if required
