Role :
- Enterprise Head - Service Assurance - Corporate is primarily responsible for PAN India customer service experience which translates in to growth, expansion and up-sell within customers.
- Responsible for revenue retention and ensure minimal service deactivation.
- Acts as bridge between Network reality and Customer expectation.
Desired Profile :
- 10+ years experience in Fixed line customer service / service assurance, managing enterprise customers.
- Technical understanding of Fixed line products.
