Knowledge Required : Update on newer technology to envisage future business prospect
Job Purpose:
Drive Sales, Collection and Marketing Operations at the Region, with a focus on meeting or exceeding the agreed KPIs. Be the custodian of Revenues and Receivables along with fulfilling the role of coach / mentor for team members. Region S&M Head is also responsible for all statutory reporting and coaching and mentoring of team members.
KRA:
- Drive the sales and marketing function at the circle with the objective of maximizing business and minimal or zero disputes
- Build and manage relationships with the key stakeholders in the Operator companies
- Achievement of Market Share (Incremental), Sales, Revenue and Collections as per pre-defined and agreed targets
- Timely resolution of business disputes (exits, swaps, OpCo not present etc) within the framework of MSA, ensuring that the resolution is arrived via Governance.
- Understanding of TRAI subscriber, revenue, ARPU reports and their usage as value delivered to customer.
- Track the infrastructure market trends
- Revenue through Special Projects & Initiatives: Tower adjacent business: Smart Cities Fibre business: Last mile, Small cell with fibre, IBS Non- telecom opportunities: EV Charging &
- Generate the lead for new business and through internal stakeholder deliver the business to increase the top line
- Take the lead of govt initiatives like smart city, institutional acquisition project and bridge the understanding to maximize the order delivery for the operator
- Ensure Compliances (Audit, IFC, Branding) and manage Externalities
- Proactively communicate and co ordinate with Marketing Communication at Corporate Office in case of any incidents which get reported in the external media
