It is soon going to launch an integrated solution to digitize back-office operations for BFSI clients. The company is on an expansion spree both domestically and internationally.
Role Brief :
We're seeking a qualified sales manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills as well as the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
What You will do :
- Utilize LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, LinkedIn Helper, and other sales tools to identify and connect with potential customers within the EMEA region.
- Drive new sales efforts through hunting and new client acquisition leading to yearly target achievement
- Serve as a POC for clients and the internal team
- Meeting with clients to identify their needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs
- Generate new leads, qualify them, and make them part of the entire sales process leading towards closure
- Keep CRM updated with all activities and details so that performance can be tracked

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Working with multiple Business Units
- Brings together and collaborates with cross-functional teams and executes new additions and high-impact transformational initiatives
