Designation: Enterprise Content ManagementResponsibilities:- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Demonstrate product features (Demo) for sale.
- Advice on appropriate user training.
- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers & systems and processes.
- Provide technical support whenever required
- Travel to areas where needs are projected.
- Stay abreast of market trends.
- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) Solutions software offered by the company.
- Investigates new items and makes recommendations for purchasing products.
- Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations.
- Active participation in understanding the requirement and designing software Workflow as per need.
- Respond to the pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document.
- Negotiate a commercial agreement.
- Help customers maximize the use of software features.
- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems, and peripherals.
Requirements:1. 4-8 years of experience in Solution (Software Sales).
2. Preferred - ECM Knowledge
3. Excellent command of the English Language (Written & Verbal)
4. Strong listening skills to interpret the customers' needs
5. Pleasing Personality
6. High on energy and initiation.
7. Strong Sales attitude and positive outlook
