Responsibilities:

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Cluster Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives. pitching our products and services and building rapport with clients. You'll also be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets. Should be able to derive progressive performance from team members, implement sales agenda & conduct business reviews. Drive acquisition of new merchants & retention of existing merchant base. Onboard and provide on-the-job-training to the BDEs to improve performance. Motivate the team by regularly communicating about monthly schemes and incentives.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 3-6 years of experience in business development and at least 1 year in MT/KAM previous experience in sales, especially in hunting of large and medium enterprise excellent communication and influencing skills

- Exposure to the startup environment is an added advantage.
