Job Overview:
- We are looking for a highly driven Enterprise Sales Specialist who can leverage their established relationships with large enterprises across India and demonstrate a proven ability to conduct business with key channel partners, including large and medium-sized system integrators.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sectors such as CCTV, ELV (Extra Low Voltage systems), security, and video analytics. Your role will be crucial in expanding our business reach, driving revenue, and acquiring new customers through direct and indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Engaging with Large Enterprises:
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in large enterprises across diverse industries, showcasing the value of the company's offerings.
- You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and positioning our solutions to address business challenges in security, surveillance, and video analytics.
Leveraging Channel Partnerships:
- Utilize your connections with channel partners such as system integrators to drive mutual business growth.
- You will work closely with these partners to extend the company's product and service offerings across larger geographies. By fostering these relationships, you will enhance our market reach and create new business opportunities.
Revenue and Customer Acquisition:
- Take ownership of achieving revenue and customer acquisition targets month-on-month.
- You will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product management to align strategies for meeting sales goals, while ensuring that customer acquisition efforts are scalable and sustainable.
Solution Presentations:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, illustrating how our solutions can meet their security, ELV, and video analytics needs.
- You will also be responsible for preparing proposals, handling negotiations, and closing deals that align with both client needs and company objectives.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights to senior leadership on potential opportunities and revenue projections.
- Your role will involve data-driven decision-making to ensure targets are met and surpassed.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and technical support teams to ensure that the sales strategy aligns with the company's overall business goals.
- You will provide feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements and address customer pain points.
Qualifications:
Strong Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will frequently interact with senior decision-makers and channel partners.
- Your ability to articulate complex product offerings and value propositions will be critical in securing new business.
Educational Background: A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or an equivalent qualification is required, ensuring that you have the strategic and analytical mindset necessary for enterprise-level sales engagements.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, either through direct interactions with clients or via channel sales, is required.
- Experience in the CCTV, ELV, security, or video analytics industry is highly preferred, as it will allow you to bring an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Travel Requirements:
- The position requires the flexibility to travel across India to meet with clients and partners.
- As this role involves national-level outreach, frequent travel will be essential to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in different regions.
Location Flexibility:
- The job location is flexible and can be based out of Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, or Pune.
