Our client is a leading service provider in the CPAAS market. They are estimated to grow to 8 billion US dollars by 2019.
We are looking for an Enterprise Business manager to join our client's office in Bengaluru.
Main responsibilities would include:
- Sales in the APAC and EMEA region
- Sustain effective new business relationships with clients.
- Develop and grow Client visibility and relationships across multiple levels within the customer organization.
- Navigate through decision makers and influencers
- Build and manage sales teams
- Own P&L responsibility and drive profitable engagements.
- Build and lead a sales team.
- Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing.
- Demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business.
Pre-requisites:
- Must to have predominantly direct sales experience
- Sales experience in selling cloud technology solutions/SAAS products into new age web organizations in the Internet/e-commerce space (like Flipkart, Facebook)
- Experience of selling technology solutions into tech audience such as CTO, Engineering, CEO/Co-founders, Product
- Managers while securing the trust and confidence of all client
- Passion for continuously delivering positive, measurable, sustainable results
- Self-driven, motivated with self-confidence, patience and a strong desire for high achievement
- Must be a highly passionate hunter, motivated by the performance-based compensation plan.
