Our client is a well-funded and fast-growing startup is looking for a dynamic Business Head. This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for someone who has scaled B2B businesses and is ready to lead a strategic vertical in a fast-evolving ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute strategic business plans to drive enterprise revenue growth across sectors.

2. Own the P&L for the enterprise business, ensuring profitability, pricing strategy, and operational efficiency.

3. Build and expand relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders in GCCs, BFSI, IT services, and government sectors.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-Sales, Product, and Delivery-to create high-impact, customized enterprise solutions.

5. Drive multi-year enterprise partnerships with recurring revenue potential and exceptional service delivery.

6. Build and lead a high-performing B2B team, driving a culture of execution and excellence.

Candidate Requirement:

1. 13+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise partnerships, or L&D / SaaS / EdTech solutions.

2. Proven track record of closing large-scale enterprise deals and managing long-term client relationships.

3. Prior experience in P&L ownership and leading business units or revenue portfolios.

4. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with strong commercial acumen.

5. MBA from Tier 1 institute - IIM/ISB/FMS or equivalent
