Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the pan India customer acquisition strategy through consultative selling and striking new relationship with the Key Stakeholders/CXOs/MDs and also through nurturing existing customer relationships.
- Responsible to deliver Budgets with an expected level of gross margin.
- Exponentially grow the topline of the business and ensure profitability by managing the cost of acquisition/ Cost of servicing and overheads.
- Forecasting Monthly / quarterly / yearly Sales metrics and analyze sales figures, profit, performance metrics and trends to strategize sales and marketing plans.
- Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to leadership providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss etc
- Analyze customer feedback, draw business intelligence, review benefits of core services being offered and ensure high client satisfaction level.
- Developing performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the BD team.
- Closely monitor the region wise / zone wise / segment wise daily performance through the CRM tool to evaluate customer pipeline.
- Work meticulously with the Solution Design team to customize client requirements and optimize deliverable.
- Hire, train & retain a team that is customer centric and has a consultative selling approach.
- Must understand and negotiate a profitable pricing structure and service-level agreement that will increase the company's - share of wallet - in the warehousing and logistics industry.
