Job Title - Enterprise Business Development Manager
Reports To - Vertical Head

Job Purpose
- To build inroads into the select enterprise accounts and generate profitable revenue.
- Ensure that all criteria of the Plan are met.
Outcome
- 100% coverage of assigned accounts
- Established relationships with all the key influencers within the assigned enterprise account
- Strengthened brand recall in the set of accounts within the verticals
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver Business results as per plan within the named accounts
- Manage relationship in the defined set of accounts within the vertical at C level and key influences at customer location verticals.
- Strategic selling: Articulate relevant solutions and offering to address customer needs.
- Develop strategic relationships with large SI’s and alliance partners for joint offerings to the customer.
- Participate in regular account reviews ensuring participation both from key influences and the customer.
- Engage with the common support delivery team, third party vendors and other relevant staff to build proposals which help deliver customer requirements.
- Adhere to the account management process; thereby creating enhanced brand visibility, comprehensive understanding of account opportunity and improved forecast accuracy for predictable business results
- Ensure up gradation of skills and competencies through self managed learning processes
Background and Experience
- 7+ years of experience at various levels in Sales & Marketing
- Should have experience in enterprise selling
- Should have exposure to enterprise solutions and consultative selling
- Should have hands on experience in end Customer Management
- Person from IT Consulting, Document Management , Outsourcing solution selling background is desirable but not a must
Education
- MBA (Preferably from premium B school) -

- Financial acumen; ability to understand business implications
