We are working for strong enterprise sales candidate, keen for an Individual Contributor role for a global assessment organization.
KRA's
- Identify large Multinational/ Transnational Corporate Companies for Sales or new business development with a superior track record in new account wins and direct sales to enterprises.
- Prior experience of Selling to HR, Training, L&D functions would be a definite plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to work with and present to diverse levels of a prospect's personnel, including senior executives (especially CHRO, CPO, L&D Heads, levels) in both formal and informal settings.
- Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospects.
- Determine short-term and long-term priorities and accurate sales forecasting within the marketplace(s) covered.
- Possess the ability to rapidly identify and act on prospects and partners needs and issues.
