A top Big 4 , looking for Enterprise Architect Specialist

Experience:5 to 7 years

Location: Base location: Mumbai ( frequent Travel to MENA Region )

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and operationalize the organization's enterprise architecture framework, including the architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into technology requirements and solutions.

3. Conduct current-state assessments of the organization's technology landscape and develop future-state architecture roadmaps to support business growth and innovation.

4. Define and document the organization's target architecture, including business architecture, application architecture, data architecture, and technology architecture.

5. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and platforms that align with the organization's enterprise architecture strategy and business objectives.

6. Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance to project teams to ensure that technology solutions adhere to architectural standards and best practices.

7. Facilitate the integration and interoperability of systems and applications across the organization, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency.

8. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in enterprise architecture, and assess their potential impact on the organization.

9. Prepare a digital transformation roadmap.

10. Measure and Improve Capability Enhancement Programs in Digital Transformation

11. Collaborate with other IT teams, including infrastructure, security, and application development, to ensure alignment between architecture initiatives and IT operations.

12. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the enterprise architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).

- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies and roadmaps.

- Proficiency in modeling tools and techniques for business architecture, application architecture, data architecture, and technology architecture.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements and develop innovative solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Experience in leading architecture reviews and providing guidance to project teams.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF Certified, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.) are a plus.
