Enterprise Architect for Management Consulting
Enterprise Architecture. The Enterprise Architecture practice aligns the business needs and priorities of the CIO, CTO and enterprise architecture organizations, enabling them to respond rapidly to dynamic business needs while addressing compliance requirements. Its core service offerings span across three broad areas: Transformational Enterprise Architecture, BI and Information Management Strategy and Infrastructure Architecture consulting.
- The Senior Consultant is initially assigned to a client that has engaged our consulting practice to deliver Enterprise Architecture (EA) services. The primary focus of the Senior Consultant is to deliver EA services in a manner consistent with the EA global practice’s best practices and methodologies.
- The Senior Consultant is expected to work in a collaborative manner with senior members of the client’s organization and with other members of the engagement team. The Senior Consultant is expected to bring both thought leadership and a high degree of broad expertise and credibility to each engagement.
- As an experienced member of the team, the Senior Consultant is expected to be a trusted advisor to our clients and be able to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems. This includes mentoring the client, other members of the practice and engagement teams on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and lead strategic projects
- Develop and maintain strong client relations with senior and C-level executives—develop new insights into the client’s business model and pain points, and deliver actionable, high-impact results.
- Conduct Goals, Question, and Metric exercise for aligning, defining and implementing overall organization objectives.
- Participate in client engagements including oversight of business transformation activities.
- Support business development and ensure high levels of client satisfaction during delivery.
- Provide project and program support and help the account management team develop new opportunities within the client space.
- Work with Engagement Managers and others to prioritize tasks and schedule activities.
- Plan and ensure project execution is well within aggressive timelines.
- Determine and articulate ROI for individual and overall IT services rendered during client engagements.
- Contribute thought capital through the creation of executive presentations and position papers.
Qualification and Requirements-:
- Relevant practitioner experience: Consulting: 10+ years
- SME/EA should have good domain experience in anyone of Energy,Oil,Gas ,Utility,Manufacturing
- Broad range if IT experience – Business Architecture and/or Application Architecture
- Some experience of Information Architecture or Infrastructure Architecture is a nice to have
- Three or more specializations in Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, Enterprise Portfolio Management, EA Maturity assessments, Value of EA, Business Capability Modeling, Strategic Capability Analysis, EA Governance, Transition Planning, Business driver analysis
- Extensive experience with EA frameworks such as TOGAF,SOA,ZACHMAN
- Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Experience in two or more of the following industries: Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Oil Gas, Telecom, Mining
