We have an opportunity for an Enterprise Architect - Digital for one of our client.
Primary Skills (must have) :
Both roles:
- Depth in one of key BFSI domains. Example, Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets
- Architecture definition or consulting experience at onshore locations
- Experience in defining solution architectures for large programs and providing architecture and technology leadership to delivery teams, and client relationship management
- Ability to manage client relationships at Division Head, Chief Architect, Program Manager level.
- Experience in defining architecture roadmaps and journeys for the client
- Experience with recognized frameworks such as TOGAF is preferred.
- Readiness to travel for Enterprise architecture engagements
Additional Primary skills for Digital EA
- Deep understanding of technologies (mobile, big data, social, front-end solutions) that are enabling Digital transformation
- Understanding of business drivers for Digital transformation
Additional Primary skills for Cloud EA
- Deep understanding of architectures used in cloud solutions
- Experience with migrating applications to cloud environment and changes required in application, data stores, and hardware infrastructure.
Secondary Skills (Nice to have) :
- Experience in consulting clients and defining IT strategies
Digital EA - IT strategy and roadmap definition as per Digital agenda
Cloud EA - IT strategy and roadmap definition for cloud adoption
Deliverables (what does success look like) :
- The selected Enterprise Architect will be responsible for providing architecture leadership to large programs in their respective areas of expertise (Digital / Cloud). The candidate will help business teams define / elaborate the requirements, provide architecture leadership to define the solution, and will help the delivery team in ensuring that the solution has been implemented correctly.
