Key Responsibilities:

- Own enterprise IT architecture landscape, including technology, information, data, security, and integration

- Implement large-scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation.

- Evaluate and identify IT-related risks.

- Develop strategy and plan to address IT risks and improve the effectiveness of the IT organization, especially in business application integration.

- Produce target-state solution architecture, and perform assessments and gap analysis.

- Have a strong business acumen to be able to relate IT needs of the business with its business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business representatives, and subject matter experts to design IT systems and programs

- Collaborate with solution architects and network architects to provide enterprise solutions

- Prepare proposals and cost estimation for designing and implementing any IT program and systems. Suggest ideas to reduce costs in IT to business leadership.

- Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management and change control

- Ensure the timely completion of enterprise IT projects

- Monitor the activities of the enterprise architecture unit as well as other sub-units in the firm to ensure compliance to the overall project plan

- Detect deviation from project plan and take corrective measures to bring the project on course

Ideally, you should have:

- Bachelor's degree, with at least 10+ years of experience

- Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect for large organization

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and project management abilities, with a focus on driving results.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
