Our Client:
Our client a very renowned conglomerate with a vast footprint across the MENA region is looking for an Enterprise Application Director.
Your Role:
- The incumbent will be responsible for the solution design, build, configuration, deployment, support, integrity and ongoing management of Company's ERP, integration, HCM and other enterprise solutions, inclusive of critical add-ons.
- You will require a keen understanding of business requirements to drive the ability to lead the design, enablement and continuous business support of company's enterprise solutions to meet the strategic business objectives as well as to serve as the key enterprise functional expert by displaying a deep and comprehensive knowledge of functional business processes and a comprehensive knowledge of ERP applications and related tools that support those processes.
- Effective partnering with business function and IT leads and the ability to develop a high performing team are critical components of success for this role as the company develops the roadmap to drive an effective outcome for the customers and employees.
- In this key role, you will develop and implement the strategic and operational initiatives of the support team and use of applications technology throughout the organization, develop standards, policies and procedures, and oversee daily ERP operations. This role will ensure that the Enterprise Application Services and demand pipelines are understood, tracked, and communicated in a consistent and effective manner.
Must Haves:
- A Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant experience will be considered.
- 14+ years of IT and business/industry work experience, with 5-7 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or projects, influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
- ERP Experience: If SAP ERP: Minimum 7 or more year's functional SAP experience; If Oracle ERP : At least one full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud and/or ERP Cloud implementation
- Applied experience leading technical support for business technology solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Experience presenting proposals to senior management to gain buy-in and encourage specific actions or strategies is required. Experience developing team vision and strategies and gaining buy-in from team members.
- Significant experience with HRIS ERP platforms is essential.
