Role Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth by selling our B2B fintech solutions to large enterprise customers - both within the company and outside.


- The ideal candidate has a track record of success in selling technology-led supply chain finance solutions to large enterprises; and is comfortable working with senior decision makers to identify and close new business opportunities.

- The EAM will keep a close eye on adoption once an enterprise is onboarded and will also be responsible for the buyer's program level profitability and scale.

Location : Mumbai

Preferred Qualifications :

- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in the fintech industry, with a track record of success in selling supply chain finance solutions - technology-led or policy-led - to large enterprises

- Experience working with senior decision makers and navigating complex sales cycles

- Strong understanding of the financial industry and its regulatory landscape, especially pertaining to B2B Supply Chain Finance

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities -

1. Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities with large enterprise customers relating to SCF

2. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized proposals & presentations to senior decision makers

4. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, and provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline health

5. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within target accounts

6. Attend industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and develop new business relationships

7. Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and industry trends to effectively articulate value proposition to prospects and customers

8. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing customer satisfaction
